I work in the marketing team at Wilson Pateras, an award-winning Melbourne accounting and advisory firm. As part of the team I help market the brand across internal and external channels, and roll it out through 5 acquisitions and 4 new locations, so every office looks, feels and launches like it has always belonged.
The website is the brand’s primary marketing channel, and I help keep it working, alongside our marketing team, by keeping the brand consistent, publishing insights and campaign content, and making sure every new office and service is represented online.
With five acquisitions bringing new teams together, a lot of my work is internal, aligning every office to one brand and culture, and communicating change clearly across the firm.
I started Wilson Pateras’ graduate program for accounting graduates and formed a partnership with the Melbourne University Commerce Society, building a pipeline of new talent to help grow the firm from within.

Each acquisition arrived with its own name and brand. My work helps bring them all under Wilson Pateras, online and on the ground.
Growth through acquisition only works if clients never feel the seams. My work concentrates on the three things that make a multi-site firm feel like one.
Bringing acquired firms (Watson Erskine, Baskin Clarke, Canny Group and Evolve) under a single Wilson Pateras identity across the website, signage, stationery and collateral, so every location reads as one brand.
Smoothing the transition for newly acquired practices, coordinating client-facing communications and web content so existing clients feel informed, reassured and retained through the change.
Supporting launch moments for new offices, from on-site branding to community-facing marketing that introduces each location to its local area.
Map each incoming practice’s existing branding and touchpoints, then identify everything that needs to shift to the Wilson Pateras system.
Apply the brand across the website, signage, print and client collateral so the new office looks established, not transitional.
Publish the new location online and support its public launch with events and local marketing that welcome clients and community.
Marketing a national firm’s brand while rolling it across five offices is a project-management challenge as much as a creative one: working closely with the team, juggling stakeholders, keeping standards consistent under deadline, and sweating the details that protect client trust.
